ATUS-45 Series Overview:
The
ATUS-45 series is a high-performance axial variable piston pump with complete specifications. The design of each pump model exceeds the performance requirements of the mobile machinery market. All pump models in the
ATUS-45 series are optimized for performance, size and cost through unique design.
A variety of control options: including load sensing, pressure compensation control and electronic torque control.
Customer-driven, using quality function optimization (QFD) and manufacturing design optimization (DFM) technology;

• Computer modeling optimizes the oil inlet pipeline to maximize the speed of the pump;

ATUS-45 Series J-Type Features:
The 45 Series J-Type pump is a single servo piston design with a cradle-type swash plate fixed in a polymer-coated radial plain bearing. The bias spring and internal force on the pump act on the swash plate to increase the swash plate angle. The servo piston acts to decrease the swash plate angle. The 9 plungers on the cylinder body rotate with the cylinder body and the main shaft, and reciprocate along the main shaft axial direction to complete the suction/hanging of oil through the change of volume. The spring in the cylinder body holds the shoe against the swash plate through the return plate. The oil distribution plate that fits the cylinder body is a bimetallic structure to increase the volumetric efficiency of the pump and reduce noise. The main shaft support uses a tapered roller bearing, and the shaft end uses a lip-shaped fluororubber seal to prevent shaft end leakage.
The adjustable single valve core (PC only, not shown) or dual valve core (LS and PC) control senses system pressure and load pressure (LS control). The control delivers system pressure to the servo piston to control the pump output flow.
