ATUS-A10VG Series Features
Applied to closed systems, mainly used in agricultural machinery and construction machinery
1. A10VG series has 18, 28, 45, 63 cc. displacement specifications available;
2. Nominal pressure 300 bar;
3. Peak pressure 350 bar;
4. Swash plate design axial piston variable pump, used for hydrostatic transmission in closed circuits;
5. The flow rate is proportional to the drive speed and displacement, and is infinitely variable;
6. As the swash plate swing angle increases from 0 to its maximum value, the output flow rate increases;
7. When the swash plate passes the neutral position, the flow direction changes smoothly;
8. A wide range of highly adjustable control devices to achieve different control and regulation functions;
9. The pump is equipped with two pressure relief valves on the high-pressure oil port side to prevent hydrostatic transmission (pump and motor) Overload;
10. High-pressure relief valve can also be used as an oil replenishment valve;
11. The built-in replenishment pump acts as a feed pump and an oil control pump;
12. The maximum replenishment pressure is limited by the built-in replenishment relief valve.
